Property Inspection: Twice a month we will perform a Welfare check and Security check. This consists of a
perimeter inspection of your property where windows, doors, water faucets of all structures including those on the
lake are verified that they are in the proper condition along with any other articles that are typically outside, gates,
fences, patio furniture etc. We also include an indoor inspection if you chose. This inspection verifies electricity,
refrigerators, freezers, AC/heater and water is still in working order. All findings will be reported back to you.
Welfare Checkup: Shortly after severe storms or high wind, the team will inspect all your windows, doors and
siding on all exterior structures including facilities on the water and report findings back to you. If structure is
damaged, we will temporarily weatherproof any damage until repairs can be made. We will also return all furniture,
plants and any other articles to their proper placement.
Winter Storm Prep and Inspect: When the temperatures are predicted to drop below freezing, we will verify all
hose bibs are winterized, sprinkler systems are prepared, and all other winter preparations have been done. If any
faucets need to be set to drip, we will make adjustment before the temperature drops below freezing and turned back
off after weather event has pasted.
Emergency Response: “Did I, did she, did he or did we….. for those time you cannot remember if you turned the
coffee pot off or raised the AC or need to turn the heater on or the sprinkler system off or reset the WIFI or, meet the
contractor, or, or, or…. (Two emergency response per month at standard rate.)
